Dessert from a wonderful birthday luncheon for a dear friend. This is one of my favorites and it’s an easy chocolate cake to make. You can dress it up in any way.
I marinated it in amaretto with strawberries. You can use any ground nut. Put in peanut butter, cranberries, coconut, and all kinds of variations.
