Short on time, here is a quick and easy stir fry, made in minutes.
Stir fry your onion and garlic in olive oil, add sliced skirt steak, mushrooms, shredded cabbage, and broccoli. Season with amino acids, sesame seed oil, dried chili pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
This recipe can easily be modified with flavors and ingredients of choice.
