Lemon, Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper Morning Starter!

Start your day with this healthy mock-tail.

Mix the juice of a whole lemon, cayenne to taste, and half a teaspoon of turmeric, more if desired.

Add to a cup of boiled water. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
