So easy to make. Take 8oz of salmon, crab, or tuna. Mix with a tablespoon of good Greek yogurt, one egg, fresh dill, and add grated Parmesan cheese. Mix together and form into patties. Cook on medium high heat and top with herb spread. Tzatziki is a staple in my home.

Slice jalapeños in half and remove seeds. Mix cream cheese with real bacon bits and crumbled blue cheese. Fill jalapeños with cream mixture and bake at 425 until desired doneness. I like them crispy!
