I modified this recipe. You can easily add to it with bacon bits, onion flakes, parsley…very versatile.
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp melted butter
2 small chopped jalapeños
2 tsp garlic powder
Dried onion flakes
Preheat oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk eggs, cheese, and melted butter together and add to dry ingredients. Form a ball and bake 15 minutes or to desired doneness.
